If, down the road, DM does win a couple or a few cases, and as you say, Edig might have to hire some other attorneys because of conflict of interests on DM's part, would that give the other attorneys an advantage because of past wins of DM, and the recognition that they could not pursue those cases?  I would think that DM would have several, if not many conflict of interest clients. Or would that be inadmissable?  Thanks,
