Bingo! Sounds like the plan.  Smell like the plan.  Looks like the plan.  Maybe it's the plan. We'll see in the coming weeks and / or months.

IMO, that black ink you mentioned (on a Q report) will be all that is needed.  Of course, I've thought that for longer than I would like to admit.   This time around could show much better results.
