My gut feeling from intimate knowledge of American Airlines and how they do business is that IMS is doing everything, American is doing nothing and IMS had to give the farm away to American because American pays for nothing or for very little. IMS started their relationship with American years ago by delivering products to American for next to nothing....I don't think anything has changed.
