Since you're adding some new tools, how about this ... give us some indicator to show any combination of posters who are using the same IP address. Maybe "sort recent posts by IP address", and show a dotted line between similar IP addresses and a bold line between exact IP addresses, or something like that.

And indicate a poster who has the same or similar IP address as someone previously booted from the board.
