The Pacer info clearly shows EDIG has a lot of ammunition to fight with and will likely win crippling judgments against digecor.  Remember a Utah district court has already ruled and "dismissed digecor's unjust enrichment, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, tortuous interference and punitive damage claims."  The court also provided some interpretation on the digecor/EDIG contract in favor of EDIG.  Put your thinking cap on Cassandra...remember the RBE tech that is in the digeplayer and NOT in the eVU.  The court said the RBE made the digeplayer design unique and any design without RBE is not an infringement on digecor's product.  Looks like Mezzo, Rolls-Royce, SilverJet, Lufthansa, Alitalia, FlyGlobespan, Jet2.com, and Duane Morris agree...and with more airlines to be announced.  Gee, that's a shame huh?  Spin it baby!
