Court with Digecor will be scheduled  75 - 125 days after the last filing date. As of the moment that would mean mid July to sometime in Sept. If there are additional filings the schedule gets rolled back and is 75 - 125 days from that most recient filing. I believe there are still more filings before a date will be set.....So to answer your question, No one knows not even the judge.
