Oh, I don't doubt Mezzo, DM, and Willy are doing their thing. I just think that today's market needs some level of numbers or the "guarantee" of numbers to move the pps in any large way.

With the next financial report due in June (????), there could be some good news in the numbers. IMO, anything approaching black ink would be a very good sign of things to come -- even without a word from DM. I have no reason to believe DM will be in a big hurry to get things rolling. DM has little to no interest in moving EDIG's pps, so they will announce something (if anything) only when they believe it is to their advantage in a specific negotiation. Obviously, all mean ole copy cats do not want their brand associated with any legal action unless they are prepared to, at a minimum, fight back. DM should / will use the bad public image angle when / if necesaary, IMO.

We'll see, I would love to be wrong, but my guess (WAG) is ~ the time we hear the announcer proudly proclaim, It's football time in Tennessee!
