Think about it, many MMs make their money on 1/2 cent margins, so it becomes meaningful.

And, If I am contemplating buying or selling a stock the 1/2 cent becomes important. The reporting entities that round are simply reporting entities, not brokers who do not round as far as my contacts with a few would indicate.

We want the true facts, not some hyped up number.
