“B” you and many others here are regular posters of credibility and I recognize this. However in response to your interpretation. Here are my thoughts and would appreciate your response.

We were once anticipating great success with the Mxp100, 300, 1000 and Treo (all of which I own). Along comes the Ipod and walks away with the concept, content and markets it and essentially taught us the way to do have done it ! Regarding the healthcare arena could not WB & FF have learned from this and strategically decided to build & secure healthcare directions & needs then market it, before another Ipod like gorilla (ims or samsung) enters. Thus explaining why 6 months and no disclosures ?

BTW just reviewed an interesting advertisement in bus week may 14 issue concerning healthcare in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Portugal and acceptance of touch screens in this application etc. Pondering this ! Did the Edig PR’s indicate domestic or international trials in the healthcare area ?

Does not FF speak German and In general does Europe have similar privacy restrictions ??

One more theory would appreciate any of you longs opinion ? Is it logical to assume if there are 172 potential infringers (KSR ruling aside for the moment) that DM may have already began to send notices or began legally proceedings on multiple fronts (low hanging or otherwise), or are they on “feeling out on a one at a time basis”
