Guess that is why I originally asked, or anyone? In my experience, corporations are set up for a reason..to indemnify the original investers. I hope I am wrong. again. Seems like Degecor's liablity woud be limited, unless Wencor was also accussed? Like I said before, maybe I missed that part. Hope i just missed it and that I am wrong! Thanks, again.
