As you know #1, I am not an attorney, and #2, I found out last night from our resident basher that my posts or irrelavant and I should not even be posting on this board. However, I have a couple of questions.

It appears to me from reading both sides, that Digecor/Wencor damaged Edig and potential, to a much further degree that we could have damaged them. In the middle does not make much sense to me as a layman. I know that I am partial, but that is how I intrepreted the claims having read both sides.

#3.. Digecor is a small company compared to Wencor. Do we have additional claims against Wencor, in addition to Digecor? If so, I seem to have missed that, and maybe I did. Thanks in advance! T.K.
