Deja Vu...

From the 05/30/06 shareholder alert:

Our counsel is scheduled to file a response to digEcor’s complaint during the week of June 5th.

From the latest motion for extension:

Plaintiff digEcor, Inc., ("digEcor") and Defendants e.Digital Corporation ("e.Digital"), by and through their respective counsel or record, hereby stipulate and agree that e.Digital shall have a one-week extension, until and including Tuesday, June 5, 2007, in which to file and serve its memorandum in opposition to digEcor’s motion for partial summary judgment (Docket No. 69). DATED this 21st day of May, 2007.

The wheels of justice certainly do turn slowly. There’ll be a little delay between when they file and when we get to see the response.... so I expect by mid-June to have some interesting reading at least.
