Wow, must say thanks to Don for his suggestion to post Will Blakeley's declaration. I just checked and it has been made available on PACER, along with declarations from Fred Falk, Steve Ferguson, Ken Clark, Kevin Bostenero, John Bastian and Atul Anandpura! I quickly read Falk's and man he drops the hammer on digEcor, especially in paragraphs 16, 17, 18 and 19. I'll upload all of them here in the next half hour (already have the Falk declaration there). Man, this'll keep everyone busy reading for awhile!
