IMO...it's best to wait and see what comments are recorded coming from the opposition first.

They're now going to step on Bills head. Pretty much what I was getting at a few posts back.

If Bill is found to be in breach of item J / 4 or I of the OCT Agreement, to make his sale, they kill a big chunk of the complaints.
