I to wish to commend you for all the effort you have put into allowing us to share in your fact finding. Those who do not realize the amount of time, effort and, I assume, personal funds, it took to accomplish this have only one desire, to "destroy this board" and are not interested in any "facts" that do not support their ugly and throughly detestable preconseved notions of EDig's chances of success.

Just one more request, could you point me to where I could find the two NDA'S in their entirety. They seem to be the entire core of the legalities between EDig and BOW and are mentioned and quoted many times in Document 96 but are not quoted wholely anywhere that I can find.

To Don, I, for one, am asking a former friend to "Please Stop" what you are doing. Don, your only reason for being here is to destroy a forum where like minded people can discuss and learn information about their hopes and dreams for a "little company that could", one most of us have grown with, with all the pains associated therein.

Don, have you paid attention to any of the other boards some/most of us have enjoyed over the years, ones where likeminded people posted to keep up with EDig. Take your board for instance, the last two posts on your board were on the 26th of March, the post before that was Jan 1st. (1) before that December 13th. (1). Looks like you destroyed your own baby.

Tinroads board, remember him. His board has had 10 posts in the last two weeks. (destroyed)

IHUB has had 45 posts since June 8th. 40 of them by Heybrad, all EDig negative I assume... Pretty bad when all you can get is one poster for that many posts. He most likely is arguing with himself just to provide entertainment. I don't know I don't read him.

In our past conversations I asked you why you are doing what your are doing. You laughed and said you were just trying to "get the goat" of some on this board who you said were trying to "run" the board and "just who in the hell did they think they were"?

Since this board has a number of posters who irritate each other I didn't pay too much attention to your posts. In fact, I don't read most of them. However I just cannot understand your obsession of being EDig negative. Insulting and hurling invectives against those here who contribute, some positive some questioning aspects they don't understand or agree with.I am one of those.

A few of the posters here do not get along BUT THEY CONTRIBUTE to the ongoing discusssion of EDig.

YOU DO NOT CONTRIBUTE A THING but vileness and hate. You are trying to destroy this board. For what reason I do not know. I am not sophisticated enough to know if there are people that actually get paid to do what you do. I hope if there are you are not one of them.
