I will restate any information you do not understand.

This is my thread responding to Frank's post,  that LL seems to have a problem with, now you for some reason.

Frank simple asked, "Would not any astute business person check out any claims made by the other party, especially in this situation?"

Where that question pertained to "Patent Pending" remarks stated in the NDA.

I simply answered, "Why?",  meaning that the folks at e.Digital are not responsible of what others state.

Not to say they did not check it out. It took from April to Oct as a Recipient,  to come to a Formal  Agreement to do business.

E.Digital was satisfied that the supersede of the Oct agreement, that Bill committed to,  would take care of the Recipient NDA.

There was a method and true intent to what you feel was irresponsible.

Frank was feeling there was an irresponsible action on e.Digitals part, where I do not see it that way.
