Just sitting here watching the Open and musing about the NDA. I am finding it so ironic that EDig signed a 7 year Non Compete Clause AGAINST ITSELF.

Boyer brought only one thing to the table, an idea for an IFE. He brought NOTHING else.  That idea was NOT unique and in fact had been on the market by other companies at least a year prior. All the technology was EDig's, all the development was EDig's PRIOR to Boyer coming on the scene. So what EDig did was to tell Boyer we will give you the right to all OUR technology for seven years.

I just have to believe there was something more to this than that. I mean, even DONI, would not have signed that document.

Someone just posted a lengthy piece on just what a NDA/NCA document should be. In reading that I cannot believe any compentant judge can rule this document has any legal merit whatsoever. I know you have made many statements about this.
