Besides, as LL has said many times, Courts begin with the proposition that such agreements are construed aagainst the party seeking their enforecement...
And, in this case, there is more than ample evidence that EDIG signed the document only as it pertained to ALASKA AIRLINE...
Even assuming the Court concluded that such non-compete was to include "All Airlines", there is the part that Mr. Wencor breached the agreement when he signed up with IMS and others to reverse engineer what was in digeplayer for his XT model, and told EDIG bye-bye...
