Someone posted recently that DM had already contacted a (potential) infringer and was currently in negotiations - although I doubt whoever posted that really knows for certain.

However I'm still of the opinion that they may choose NOT to file first and negotiate later despite recent supreme court decisions. If I'm right, then they could well be in negotiations with someone and it may therefore be some time before we hear anything substantive on this front.

Between the IP issue and the Digecor case, there are plenty of lawyers involved to keep things from happening very quickly (no offense). I think the best we might hope for this summer are more product orders and presumably the shareholder meeting announcement.
