thanks for the info LL i know exactly who you're talking about.  i've been watching it loosely since '98 and everyday since the news came out about the lawsuit but didn't know they were seeking a billion.  believe it or not I sat and talked with someone at the company back in '98 and tried to sell them a copy machine, he explained the concept and the race that many were running going after the patent at the heart of the lawsuit.  time is right i think for a speculative purchase.  as for todays edig 10k filing.  no comment.
