My own perspective is that this 10k is purely just a report: the annual report filed according to the terms and conditions of the SEC. It was not accompanied with a shareholder alert / business update, as most if not all quarterly and annual reports have. The language is cautionary as it is required to be. It lacks the typical forward thinking perspective that companies often provide in their business updates. I know that they intended to wait until after July 1 to announce the annual meeting, and I suspect that a more traditional business update will either accompany that or be announced separately.
