I think that the 60/40 split appies to any settlements that DM obtains .Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think EDIG will also split any licences agreement with DM. I also remember that when HP was branding our tech that they were paying something like $10-12 per unit.( I think that was the amount so correct me if I'm wrong) At that rate or even $5.00 per product that is using our tech would amount to mucho$$$$$$$.

I know I'm dreaming but $5.00 from every ipod or iphone or pda or cell phone etc would send this stock well over the $10.00 range.
