I agree with your therory and most all of your other posts but the big difference here is OPTI only has 11.6 million outstanding shares which is far from the 240million+ for EDIG.

I still think that the $5-8.00 range for us is very likely to happen.

Does anyone remember the licensing fees that Gateway was paying EDIG when they marketed our mp3? It seem to me that that amount might be a bench mark for DM to go after...Any comments on the licensing fees that DM might seek per unit would be an interesting subject
