are only testing the units with west coast AMTRACK, according to digEcor.  Who knows how their tests are preceived?  New CE products from a new source can be a pain in the arse or they can move like a dude in a stolen car with two cops on his arse.  Since they have been delayed (announced in May, 2005), this could be another reason for Wencor to drag out the dirty laundry in the legal system.  EDIG has to have felt some measure of hesitation from potential customers over this mess.  Customers just don't want to be involved and they want to know their vendor will be on solid ground for future service needs.

For my money, that means there are some pissy customers waiting for their Wencor orders to be delivered.  Opportunity may knock should EDIG prevail in court.

We'll see.  It is speculation at this time, but the Wencor mess should come to a head before the end of the year, barring some crazy twist of events.  I like EDIG's chances as I believe DM fully vetted the Wencor mess prior signing up.  EDIG might have a dull knife falling around, but DM would not risk their reputation, IMO.
