Thanks Sky. I think it is the way Agora addresses the Macintosh.
After Agora's fairly recent upgrade, it worked fine. Then Agora changed the "Next Message" button from whatever it was doing to work the way it does now. For most people, I think it now works ok, and that's why I think it is related to the Mac.
