I found it one of the more pertinent perspectives as it relates to this investment as of late.  There are many aspects to discuss in that article and rereading it motivated me to not only repost it but to focus attention on a particular statement.

It's too bad that there are those who are so petty that they exist to let their personal shortcomings constantly disrupt intelligent discussion of the investment.

I'm glad you found it informative.  I saw many posts "guessing" what IP litigation may cost a company like DM taking a case on a contingency basis and other discussions as to the odds of settlement vs trial by jury. We now have a realistic view on how valuable DM must consider EDIG's FLASH Patent portfolio.

That article gives real data on what EDIG is about to undergo and I find that discussion much more interesting than most of the discussion of late.
