Message: Advice from top patent litigators on how to sell a high-tech case

"patent trials are rare"

After all your "off topic" babble and personal "interpretations" of law even though patent law is not your area of expertise, AND after you personally found and stated that this article was a good find, you just can't help yourself from being a very small person, can you.

I stated it is worth repeating and is the closest thing investors have per the perstpective of Duane Morris LLP, since it directly quotes one of their lead IP lawyers..  On many levels it gives insight into how much trials cost all parties involved, what the trend is in IP trial efforts towards settling vs trials, the "Duane Morris LLP" perspective and much much more.

While you talk about lyrics to songs, some investors might just have missed this article.

And the title of the post was taken directly from the article, which I highlighted, it was a point I felt was worth investor's time to become informed...not misleading unless you have  zero reading comprehension skills and helps investors zero in on a particular highlight.

If Duane Morris LLP is going to represent EDIG and its patent portfolio, it is likely they feel there are good odds that a favorable settlement is attainable.

The article states one case was settled in 4 months time.  Investors might just find that relevant to their investment, unlike your petty response...which is typical and worthless.
