Judges today are a law unto them selves.  In a court , they can orchestrate the direction He wants to go.   What ever evidence is displayed still depends on how the jury deals with it.   The judge can call a miss trial , he has power to determine what he wishes.  Thats why we have courts of appeal.   Still the question at hand , what district is edig going to find itself in when and if anything goes to trial.  Who is the judge,  And that is not justice
