I too would be surprised to see income from the IP efforts at this point, although i guess it is possible if DM has already negotiated some sort of initial settlement. I think I'd actually rather see some bigtime posturing and the throwing around of "substancial" numbers at notable names in the industry to give the market some idea as to the scope and depth of the flash patents and the markets they are targeting...and then let the marketplace try and figure it all out from there.
