Just the possibility that the share price could (before year’s end) double or triple from here into the 50-60 cent range has me excited. I think that’s a reasonable expectation IF DM files against well-known companies AND we get some good press about it. The key will be in spreading the word to a new and expanded investor base. I could see the company possibly issuing some kind of PR regarding the filings without any real details (names or amounts), but if someone reads through those filings and then writes a story which gets sufficient exposure to the investment community, then we have a good chance to move up significantly from here in the near term.

There may be some delay between when we know who’s being sued and for how much... and when the share price reacts as the story gets exposure and takes hold. What would be most interesting is a situation where the filings are judged by current shareholders to be so good that many decide to buy even more... which should quickly result in a higher share price, which should then help get the attention of new investors and cause them to buy in while the price is still relatively low, which should move the price even higher - the makings of a genuine run. In any event, I doubt we stay at these levels all the while we wait for settlements and the funds to hit the bottom line. If the news is good, we’ll go up.

It’s hard to believe that something like that could be predictable; and yet here we are. I sure find it interesting that some previously quite jaded people such as jtdiii, emit, and (to some extent) B-lunist, have been talking recently about buying more shares. Not that they know any more than anyone else, but despite LL’s cautions, the ‘collective’ seems convinced that something very significant is about to happen. For me it’s not so much a time for caution, as it is a time for making plans.
