A few years ago did you think we would be sitting a month away from hearing an update on patent enforcement actions by our IP Legal team?

A penny stock hanging tough after being on the ropes, having had its last rights read to us on multiple occasions by a litany of bashers, fudsters and bitter bettys...

While there are no guarantees (how many times have we all noted that bit of obvious penny stock reality), this holds as much promise or more than it did back in '99 when we barely understood how vast the flash market would grow.

I still think we can make a buck or two from here.
