You have to wonder how big of a case this is for DM, not just in potential revenues but for the accolades they may receive if they successfully represent a "David" against multiple "Goliaths" in a high profile "flash" case.  I'm sure the payday is their prime consideration but it certainly wouldn't hurt their status any as a growing IP concern.
