How true, we know very little about the June quarter in terms of backlog and the balance sheet and the current quarter regarding backlog.

But is is good to see improved revenue and a nice backlog.

The issue that concerns me is that the gross margin is low and depending on the past split of sales (direct and distributor) and the current backlog split, I hope we will se a minimum of 30% margin or as high as 35-40%. We need that ratio to offset the selling, engineering, and admin cost if we are ever to see a profit. Of course this equation doesn't apply if we had a 5 fold increase is sales as the current cost structure would be covered more easily.

Sales are great to help offset the operating costs, but I look forward to the DM actions and the success we all anticipate.
