L.L.  Good post that I happen to agree with.  I am also hoping, big time, for our infringement settlements to possibly "counterbalance" our defense costs, or that Wencor/Digecor, will cover them..Fingers crossed three times!  Question for you. what happens when, if, there is a trial of 2009, and that the expiration date has already expired?
