The Court is obviously irritated with Mr. WENCOR'S intransigence...
As you well know Federal Courts have been on FAST TRACK for quite sometime. Setting a case for settlement and then setting it for trial 1.5 years in the future is another way the COURT is telling Mr. Wencor "quit cluttering my Court with this stupid case and go and settle it" And who but a past Court clerk would "know" what buttons to push to make it happen expeditiosly?
At this stage this whole law suit in nothing more than Tempest in a Tea pOT. Most of the issue have been decided in EDIG's favor thus far. There is no serious issue about EDIG selling its entire IP to Mr. Wencor for $25000. And my recollection is that there is a possible $90,000 dollar exposure to EDIG.
EDIG is doing the right thing to follow with its current efforts to market the eVU and hire a previous Court Clerk to conclude the scenario scrpited by the Court...
