The link below is to the PTSC board and a post with a new ruling. I'm not an attorney, but I do know there is a great deal of difference between the "willful" patent infringment and the "I'm a big dumb guy from Tennessee" defense. This I KNOW well.

The ruling makes it more difficult to charge a company as a "willful" mean ole copy cat. For EDIG, if they show the intent was from prior business dealings, the payments to EDIG go up, should we win something, IMO.
