Could "in certain instances" be the protection mechanism without penalty for a non deposit customer? Were ASI would be paid back in the event of a trial cancellation and E.Digital and a particular manufacturer would take it on the chin for what efforts of a trial they put forth?

The manufacturer would have to be one hell of a partner to do that.
