The 2 Year chart as an indicator...

The 2 Year chart as an indicator...is quite encouraging.

Higher highs and higher lows over a two year period that just happen to coincide with EDIG's new management's stint at the helm are evident. Not a knee jerk reaction but growing confidence of the execution of a business model, not just targeting growth in product sales but just beginning to consider the monitizing of a key patent portfolio in what Duane Morris LLP and Pat Nunally view as a key and important piece of a growing $25 Billion flash market opportunity.

That's an impressive task to undertake and they are about to unveil the next step they are about to make. No one knows exactly what that step will be or how profound it might be at this point but considering the two years of due diligence and back up by respected legal and professional counsel, it should be most interesting for investors.

Considering Blakeley's ability to turn things around for EDIG to date, in relatively short order, it is no wonder why the chart reflects as it does....one can only imagine what happens to the PPS should his IP campaign take a big, or even small step forward.

eVU sales alone look to likely bring the company to profitability but success on the patent infringement front and look for it to possibly "blow the doors off", as those revenues fall directly to EDIG's bottom line after DM takes its well deserved cut.

Should DM, in its efforts to capture lost revenues on behalf of EDIG, begin to publically "monitize" the equation for the general public to see, imo you will see many new investors step in to participate....or we may see settlements begin to fall into place as companies are "nicely" informed they are infringing on EDIG's intellectual property, and have been for years.

Again, the "speculation" and/or "realization" that EDIG is in the process of transforming itself, and that it is still early in the game, and we may see the pps act accordingly.

Everyone "gets" the portable flash based product markets....and many an investor might want to participate in their growth retroactively by laying claim in an investment stake in a patent portfolio just now being brought to the market's attention.

This risk-reward opportunity looks to have legs...it certainly has good legal representation along with legitimate and proven technical advisors.
