Message: PTSC / E.D. TX / and Obviousness Test.

John, we caught bait and a Mako shark that "unhooked" 5 feet from the boat....and watched quite a nice lightning show from the shipping lanes near Catalina Island...my son had a blast with his buddy shooting water ballons tossed into the air while we waited for the sharks to make their move.

Yes, ptsc being offered $7.5 million for their portfolio was a joke and would have been a coup for TPL....fortunately ptsc had people with enough expertise on their side to know the real market value at stake....and they delivered and continue to do so.

Per my conversations with RP, my understanding is that they feel their target market and patent coverage is every bit as strong if not stronger than what ptsc is experiencing.....now that was what I took away from a conversation recently.  We shall see but this ain't no 19 cent stock and shouldn't be much longer.

EDIG's targets are well understood by the investing public as the product lines are diverse and consumer electronic oriented...meaning most investors have bought or owned several of these products over time.....and FLASH continues to grow....so when faced with the big picture of the target market and the patent coverage, most will be able to understand the opportunity and hopefully take a position at some point.  And, the infringers know what is at stake as well and see the courts actions and decisions in similar cases.

Blakeley has steered a good course to stabilize the company away from the penny stock hacker-attackers by formalizing and delivering on the company's eVU business.  Now it is time for him to begin making some noise on the "home run" waiting to be hit.

If the Georgia little league team can hit the walk off, no reason why EDIG can't...and they are in the on deck circle.....
