Is this infringement category as significant as what the MOS covers?  No idea here but it would seem the pathway to flash is pretty significant......a $521 million judgement.  Worth risking a court appearance for the abusive "giants" ? 

This looks to get real good in the upcoming months if this is any indicator of the direction of things to come.
