Per my last conversation with RP he was definite in saying there would be NO on going license fees from any infringer. The policy being followed is a one time payment to DM and EDig from an infringer for whatever sum agreed or sued upon. Thereafter a license to use EDig's IP will be granted to the infringer to use EDig's IP as it will.....The only question not answered was one of changes made to the IP by EDig.....Will that also be available to an infringer or be a whole new ballgame???
