IF EDIG/DM does go after Apple's ipod or the Nokia market for example, I would think $100 million would be a conservative "initial" target, should they make a case for the "nuts and bolts" for accessing flash memory.

You see some judgements for over $500 million due to the size, success and maturity of these markets. Then we see ptsc, for example, playing small ball and playing "hit and run" for much more modest "wins".

Based on RP's comments as to their view of the strength of the patents, I hope for the former scenario to play out.
