What is interesting is the fact that this guy was a defense attorney with a great trial record and DM has him join their law firm. Was this a question if you can't beat him have him join you, or find the "Best trial attorney" and make him an offer he can't refuse?...

Either way, the fact DM had an "Engineer" lawyer, (Mr. CSE), sign up the case, and now they have their "Best trial attorney" asigned to be attorney of record in the first complaint they have filed speaks to the importance they place on the case...
