Yep, sellin' stuff is still our bread and butter. The IP licenses will be the gravey and maybe even the whole steak (porterhouse preferred) should the emotional factor sneek back into the picture.

As for "we have filed a lawsuit, I believe it is a bit stronger in that it is the first lawsuit and validates DM's continuing to be in EDIG's corner. But, that's about all it does until we see the money. Not bad....and anything NOT BAD means we are not just sitting waiting for the other shoe to drop as we have done so for much of the past.

A completely different outlook from a year ago. As outlooks go, ours is good. Of course, we can't pay the fiddler with an outlook. Willy will need to take care of that through eVU revs for the time being, IMO.
