and a glance at the chart verifies that trend....higher highs, higher lows but without a breakout as of yet....but likely a possibility now that DM has begun the litigation process...naming names. Now all we need is news of a settlement or news of more infringer names or numbers to allow the analysis as to the degree of lost revenues to proceed....

I'm sure DM has a number in mind....lol.
