Do you think that we might have several lawsuits going on at the same time.

It would seem to me that the different sectors of business might utilize flash differently.ie. cell phones, cameras, Mp3 etc. Doni might be able to comment on this also.

Again my theory that if we get a judgement against one company in each sector that all in that sector will probably fall.

Who know if that happens then we might all be talking about a backlog of licencing agreements to sign instead of a backlog of orders to produce.Wouldn't that be a kick in the #$%^ for us.
