I suspect a lot of your questions re Edig and Digicor will be answered when the case is tried sometime next year...
I do recall EDIG saying they would cancel the license to use their technology in digE. That is when Mr. Wencor filed his law suit claiming he had purchased EDIG's Tech. outright for $25,000.00, or something like that...
