I'm less confused after youe explanation.  High 8 figure makes quite a difference, just add a digit and the value goes up a factor of 10.

I agree that DM is playing the game because they believe the patents are valid, have been infringed, and will succeed with a large amount of money coming their way.

Extrapolating what percent they will win.......at present an impossible task, but they will not win 100%, I'll take that bet from anyone.

We still need clarification from Frank....Was that a high amount, an average, a wag from RP to frank, etc?
