Lawyer long I agree no one company will have to pay a billion dollars unless of course it is a company like sandisk that is infringing. lets not forget that the flash patents have been around for many many years and companies that are infringing have been doing so for many many years and that adds up over time .The #s could go quite high at that point. Also I would like to add that  The total of all the infringements could easily exceed a billion :-)

On a side note what happened to the evu  and the healthcare industry . I see airline orders bot no healtcare orders ??
