Although you are lawyershopping in seeking another opinion I believe I am somewhat factual in what I am telling you.

I have utmost respect for you, I apologize if I appear to be questioning your knowledge. I just wanted another perspective, specifically one whom specializes in IP. I  have no desire to get into any kind of confrontation with anybody here. I guess I was hoping I would get an answer to how things could go behind the scene sorta speak.
